Summerhill Park is wholly owned and operated by Wangi Workers' Club Ltd. It comprises sixty-one (61) transportable home units - one and two bedroom basic designs - available for permanent occupancy on a rental basis. Each unit is self contained with its own kitchen, lounge/ dining room, bathroom/ laundry and toilet facilities. Each has a verandah, independent clothes line and adjacent carport.
Rental rates vary depending upon the specific unit. Rates, leasing details, park rules and conditions are available from the Park Management, during site office hours - or via contact details indicated below.
Inspection and enquiries welcome - intending tenants should submit an application on the prescribed form, along with appropriate rental references.
